ADMISSION PROCESS

1. Enrollment must be completed on the official university website: www.mjpru.ac.in.

2. The document verification process will take place at the college.

3. After completing the document verification, you are required to submit the admission fees to confirm your seat at the college.

ELIGIBILITY

The admission list, based on the merit obtained from High School and Intermediate marks, will be posted on the college notice board on the announced date (during the week of July).

Applications for admission to the college should be made using the prescribed form, available at the college counter during working hours from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Candidates who meet the merit criteria established by the college and have applied for admission should report to the Departmental Admission Committee between 10:00 AM and 2:30 PM, along with the original and one photocopy or attested copy of the following documents:

• Certificate of Date of Birth (Issued by the Board, 10th grade passing certificate)

• Detailed Marks Sheet (Senior Secondary/Equivalent Exam)

• Two self-attested passport-size photographs (for the admission form)

• Caste Certificate (if the candidate belongs to SC/ST/OBC category)

Students who attempt to use unfair means or engage in misbehavior during university examinations will not be granted admission to any course or discipline at the college. Additionally, students with a criminal history or who are involved in any criminal case will not be admitted. If they are found to have been admitted, their candidature will be canceled without further explanation.

To maintain discipline, the Principal of the college and the Vice Chancellor of the university have the right to cancel or deny the admission or readmission of any student without providing any reason.

SCHOLARSHIP

General Instructions for College Students:

1. Attendance Requirement: Students must maintain an attendance of 75% or above in the academic year.

2. Marks Requirement for General and OBC Students: Students must have obtained 50% or more in the previous academic year.

3. Marks Requirement for SC and Minority Students: Students must have obtained 45% or more in the previous academic year.

4. Scholarship Eligibility: Scholarships will be awarded according to the government rules for eligible students.
